Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made an ambiguous declaration regarding Iran’s shooting of Ukraine Worldwide Airlines flight 752.

Lavrov, speaking at his annual news conference in Moscow on Friday, stated that Iran’s ‘accidental’ capturing down of the Ukrainian airliner a week ago happened at a time when Iran was spooked by reviews of sophisticated U.S. stealth fighters in the region.
